Team Structure Layout

Our own surveying, planning, estimating, engineering, construction and management teams work together from tender stage, through construction and onto completion. To ensure customer satisfaction, we offer an after sales service where we operate maintenance crews who specifically deal with remedial works and any additional customer requirements.

Each and every project is constantly supervised by a Company Director who ensures there are regular site visits and client liaison meetings and who is always in direct control of the construction team of Contract Managers, Project Managers, Foremen and Engineers.

With the direct senior management control that we have on all our contracts, we aim to ensure that any situations that may arise on site are dealt with efficiently, effectively and as quickly as possible.

I have always worked in and enjoyed the construction industry. The knowledge that we are actually building something that is useful and lasting is very satisfying. I enjoy working with the good people at Coinford who share the passion for excellence and providing a “community” spirit amongst our workers.

Mike Hickey

Director

As Co-owner and co-founder of the business from the beginning, I believe in building strong relationships endorsed with trust. I am a firm believer in delivering certainty and surety for the clients. I also pride myself in keeping close to my workforce and my fellow directors.

Gerry Hickey

Director

I joined Coinford in 2001 as a buyer in the procurement office and by 2008 had significant involvement with commercial and operational matters across the business. As Coinford continued to grow I progressed to Managing Director in January 2014 and CEO in 2024.

Paul Timlin

Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

I am seasoned construction professional with over 30 years of experience in the industry. As Operations Director at Coinford, I have overseen all aspects of construction operations, from project planning to completion. I have a strong background in civil engineering, infrastructure, groundworks & RC Frame, and strive to bring my knowledge and expertise to every project I undertakes.

Panos Panayiotou

Operations Director

I am a Chartered Civil Engineer and Chartered Construction Manager with over 17 years experience in the industry. I joined the board in 2022 and bring a fresh perspective to winning work. The early part of my career was spent in a main contracting capacity, with project delivery responsibility across multiple disciplines in complex & challenging operations, before moving into senior roles withing Pre-Construction. I am passionate about early client engagement, building lasting relationships, developing high performing teams and delivering what we promise.

Brendan Keilthy

Pre-Construction & Technical Director

I have extensive leadership experience at board and senior management level in both Specialist Contracting and Main Contracting. I enjoy my role, and I am passionate about creating a culture and environment where our people and our clients feel they are valued members of a winning team in an environment of trust and delivering successful projects we are all proud of.

Liam Howard

Managing Director

I joined Coinford in 2013 and I have over 25 years experience in the RC frame and Groundworks industries, as well as previously working for a main contractor. I am responsible for Health and Safety across the group, creating and implementing our H&S policies and procedures. I strive for continuous improvement of our H&S performance and compliance, achieving accident statistic KPI’s below the industry sector average.

I’m a Chartered Accountant with a 30 year career in property and real estate. I’m bringing my experience to support Coinford’s vision of a sustainable and growing business. I believe firmly in achieving value-add through employing great people in a company with strong leadership and an embedded culture of Quality and a focus on Customer.

Having joined Coinford in 2022, I bring with me 15 years of operational experience within the plant industry.

Chris Forrest

Plant Director

Having joined Coinford in April 2021, I bring 24 years of IT experience to the team. My expertise encompasses diverse disciplines, including IT Service Delivery and Management, Project Management, and Strategic Deployments, acquired across various business sectors, including IT Managed Services, Property Management, and Formula One. I apply my experience to review and deliver suitable technology to Coinford, aiming to simplify day-to-day workloads and enhance overall efficiency within the organisation.
