Phases 2A, of an ongoing development, work involved the ground works to 118 units split between traditional houses and apartments. Phase 1B, groundworks and infrastructure for 64 units comprising of 13 traditional houses and 8 no. traditional built blocks of apartments. Works commenced April 2016.
Scope of Works:
- Construction of estate roads footpaths and hard standing
- Foundations, substructure blockwork and precast concrete floors
- Domestic drainage and services.
- Construction of new haul to enable further phases to be developed
