The construction of the basement and podiums to Blocks A & B, including energy centre below block A. Superstructure to block A apartments comprising of 4 no. Blocks ranging from 11 to 16 floors. Construction of 3 storey in situ concrete substation Block D.
Scope of Works:
- Existing site preparation.
- Construction of access road, foul and surface water drainage
- Road construction for Cambert Way into podium and basement and Tudway Road to basement to highway specification
- Sheet piling attendance
- Concrete foundation piling attendance to Plot B Temporary propping
- Retaining wall construction
