Groundworks and infrastructure for Phases 1 & 2 of a residential development of 180 units consisting of mainly houses and 2 no. traditional apartment blocks. Works include the construction of new access of the A10 and local traffic calming measures to the adjoining area.
Scope of Works:
- Construction of roads, footpaths and hard standing
- Foundations, substructure blockwork and precast concrete floors
- Domestic drainage, culverts and services.
- Plot retaining walls
- Installation of storm water attenuation tanks and associated temporary works
- Externals including construction of 3 no. balancing ponds
- 278 works including construction of new junction on to the A10 including resurfacing works to main carriageway, traffic calming works to local adjoining roads
- Section 38 works construction of new road layout
